Concrete Mafia

Hired for job in October and *** said it would be done within a week. Started right away removing old driveway, but did not come back for months. Weekly promised to come back out and finish, but would not show when he was scheduled. Finally came back again mid-January and poured half the drive way and did awful job on finish. i.e. footprints, un-leveled, and generally unfinished. Left garbage and tools spread across property. i.e. soda cans, bucktes, rake, hammer, and formwork. He dumped concrete on plants and damaged stone wall at driveway entrance and mailbox. Left unplaced poured lumps of concrete on 30 foot of driveway at entrance preventing vehicle access and making very dangerous for foot traffic. Never installed grooved control joints (on estimate) never even tried to cut in any expansion joints. Will not return messages. I paid half of job when hired and had to pay OVER the other agreed half the day concrete was ordered directly to Ready Mix (concrete provider). Been without access to my garage or driveway for 4 months.
