But what he does have is a serious attitude if you question him! I specifically said I don't want gray - so I got a gray pool deck that he tried to tell me wasn't gray! He should have done a small sample area to make sure it was what I wanted & then move forward, didn't happen! He did agree to change colors but it was a fight! He does what he wants, not what YOU want! I told him I wanted brown, gold, cream, white - he didn't have the brown or gold, so he ignored thisHe will only use the colors he has on handIf he doesn't have the color you want, you're not getting it!! What about the colors they advertise? Terrible attitude, very few colors to choose from(or 6), no sample area to make sure of colors or grout lines, terrible attitude! Terrible service!
I couldn't be happier with my recent experience with Concrete Designs of Florida From my first interaction with them they were extremely professional, customer focused, and easy to do business with They were able to turn a nasty red concrete slap we were emparrished of into an amazing centerpiece of our entertainment area We would highly recommend concrete designs of Florida
