Concrete overlay on our back patio was started on June 11 and completed on June 12. We were instructed by the workers to let the patio dry for 24 - 48 hours. On June 14 we noticed discolorations, dark spots, streaks, etc., We called the office, spoke to Lindsay, and advised her of the situation. She wanted photos, which we took and emailed to them at 10:00am, same day, and were advised that someone would come out to do an inspection. On June 18, Matt, came to our home, and said repairs could probably be done in 15 minutes. On June 19, two workers were at our house from 9:00am, and worked until 12:00, three hours. We were instructed to let it dry, which would take about 3 hours, but if we again see spots, discoloration etc., would have to be redone, in the meantime they would advise the office. Once it dried, same problem, so we called office spoke to Lindsay, she said she would discuss with Matt and call us back. Since we did not get a call back from Matt , we called office the next day at 1;00, was told again by Lindsay that she would speak with Matt and call us back, and as of today no call back to advise on when our patio would be redone. In both our calls we also have advised, that our patio furniture has been sitting outside in these elements waiting until our patio is completed .We gave our check in the amount of $1,800 to Concrete Craft for services rendered which cleared our account on June 15. We feel that we are getting the run around. The company hasn't had the courtesy to call us back to resolve this issue. We would like to get this resolved, as soon as possible. If not refund our money $1800

Other (requires explanation) The initial job was clearly done poorly. They have tried to make repairs, but to no avail, requesting that concrete overlay be redone, but if the company refusing to do this, then requesting a refund of our $1800.00.
One of my employees failed to communicate with the customer. He was not sure how to respond and he shut down instead of asking for help.
I have communicated with the customer and we have reinstalled their coating.
