Review: Concrete concepts put in our pool patio. A portion of the patio has crumbled. They repaired part of it but a portion crumbled again. The owner was out last year and said it was bad cement and he would come out to repair it as it was covered under our warranty. To date, he has not come out to repair. He does not return phone calls or emails. Calls to the office go straight to voicemail. We need to get the patio fixed as there is other work that needs to subsequently happen including the installation of a safety fence for our 18 month old. TIme is of the essence.Desired Settlement: Fix the area with the bad cement as he said he would.
