with one of your working piers yesterday...

[redacted] left a refundable deposit with our company
on 12/27/14 for Five Hundred Dollars. [redacted] canceled the deal the next day.
Called me and I said I would refund her card . My controller came the next day
and needed the three digit code on the back of [redacted]s card. it was holiday and [redacted] is a teacher and she was on brake. [redacted] called a week to ten days later that her card was not refunded and rightly so was upset. I informed her that I needed the card number to refund her card at which point [redacted] informed me that she had contacted her credit card company and that she thought she was refunded the the  five hundred dollars and that she would let me know
in a day or two if she got the refund. After a few days [redacted] did not get back in touch with us and we received a second letter from you folks. I reached out for [redacted] a numerous amount of times, and during this time I contacted my credit card company and was told to not do anything yet because [redacted] might have already would have been refunded the money.
finally [redacted] got back to me the day before yesterday to inform me that she  reported to her bank  that there was credit card fraud that had taken place and she  was refunded the money
by her bank.
  [redacted] you can see our record had no blemish until this time . My credit card company still wants me to  me to wait  to refund. I cant refund the money unless [redacted] gives me the three digit code from the back of her card to refund .
We want to be totally complint with you and keep our record clean with the Revdex.com
