I have been owed a refund of $since JulyI have been trying to collect this refund since October and have yet to receive it
I visited the Eastover location of this business on 1/28/On 2/I received a bill, itemizing my services to a total of $709, and saying that my portion due after insurance was $I paid that by credit card on 2/29, at 10:15am, with MeganOn 7/7, I received an itemized notice from my insurance companyTheir agreement with Carolina Asthma & Allergy showed that my total charges of $was adjusted to $439.76, and my insurance company paid the entire billThis means that Carolina Asthma & Allergy received a total of $721.52, for services that originally totaled $709, and for services that were initially adjusted down to $anywayThe business did not contact me at any time to let me know that my payment of $was to be refunded, or to tell me that the payment was not in fact dueI discovered it myself back in OctoberOn October

Chelsea B at the Lake Norman location is downright horribleShe is the receptionist and hates her job ( you will see that by how she treats you when you are there) She is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life and I am shocked that they would have someone like this working for them She is above you and thinks she knows it all!! They should really think about who they hire!
