She purchased the vehicle months agoSince that time she has defaulted on two car notes and one payment was lateWe did repair the vehicle days after purchased and replaced the brakes padsThen she called about a clogged drainWe
repair that as wellMonths later she calls and said the back brakes were badWe looked at them and did not find any issues and told her they were 100% OKShe still complained about the brakes and we replaced themOne month later she calls to ask if she can trade in the vehicleWe told her to bring it in and we could talkThat is when we started the process and discovered she defaulted and was late on payments from the bankWe could not offer her a trade in without a down payment per the bank's instructionsWe would need a $down paymentShe said she had no down paymentShe came into our office and made a sceneShe then called the bank and told them the car was not running at allThe bank came to our location to discuss this matter and I told the bank the car was running, called her on speaker phone with the bank listening and she said she could be at our office with the car in minutesSo the car is workingThe vehicle also has hail damage that has happened since she purchased it so the value of the vehicle is less than what she paidI have offered her a trade in with a $down payment or she can go to another dealership to see what they will offer herWhen I told her this she said she would not go to another dealership
There is nothing more I can do to help herShe has damaged her credit and I cannot do anything about that
