Review: Fee quotes for pick up service are completely out of control. First quote was $150. Quote which was accepted was $257. Actual cost was $380. I contacted Concord Limo with my complaint and they indicated that their quote was based on a wait time of 150 minutes while the actual wait was about 250 minutes. This is true. HOWEVER - The schedule called fro a pick up at 6:45 AM and a drop off at LaGuardia at around 12:30. The wait inherent in this schedule is in fact approximately 250 minutes. Concord Limo showed up about 30 minutes late and the wait time was still 250 minutes. I suspect the real problem is that Concord Limo was not able to do simple arithmetic to determine how many minutes elapse between 7:30AM and 11:45 AM. They provided a tape of the discussion to make the reservation which was painful to listen to as information had to be repeated in some cases 5 times. The recording clearly indicates that the $257 quote was for 150 minutes of wait time which was based on a 4 hour 15 minute wait. Bottom line, I would not have chosen this service if they had properly calculated the cost. The fact that they are not able to perform simple math is not my problem. My concern is that this lack on their part results in repeated underbids.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a refund of the difference between what I paid ($380) and what was quoted ($257). That would be $123.
