At this time, I have been contacted directly by Concord Auto Collision, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The owner/manager of Concord Auto Collision, Ruben, contacted me via mobile using a blocked number, but I have a smartphone app to...

unmask blocked caller ID's. He did offer to give me back the $200 back but I refused and said he can keep the money b/c I am a fair/reasonable person. For some reason, Ruben kept calling me over this weekend from a 'blocked caller ID' and I was able to unmask and identify his number and log it in case I need to report him to the authorities. The vehicle: 2014 Toyota Corolla that he inadequately repaired as per auto body damage has been sold to another party. I no longer need your assistance and thank the Revdex.com for their investigation and involvement in this matter.
