Concerned Dental Care Inc.

I have been a loyal customer of this dental office for about 5 years. Additionally, I referred my husband as a patient there too. We are no longer going to utilize their service because they charged us a questionable cancellation fee, instead of waiving it. On the 'new patient forms' that I signed upon becoming a patient there, the paperwork stated that a cancellation fee would be charged upon CANCELLATION of a scheduled appointment within 24 hours. Rather than cancelling the appointment, I was forced to RESCHEDULE it because of sickness.
