This is the second time Concepts LLC. has been to my house and is the second time they have done an unsatisfactory job. I would like I refund from Concepts LLC. so that I may hire a company to do it correctly. Concepts LLC. claims that the floor may simply be repaired. I have spoken with multiple people who all have said that the whole floor needs to be redone. Initially one side of the floor was bubbling but now the other side is bubbling as well. A simple repair to one spot will not fix the underlying issue.

Review: After repairing the kitchen floor underlayment & installing the NEW vinyl floor that The floor began the bubbling.Desired Settlement: I do not want to see this company in my home. I guess they need more training about their business. This was the second ERROR.
