I paid for next day standard, first they didn't ship my products the day of purchase because they said they didn't have the part in stock after the purchase and through email. Because of this and the fact that next day shipping is only valid M-F my parts aren't going to be here Until Monday afternoon/evening and I purchase everything on Thursday close to 2pm AZ time, that's 5 days until I get my stuff. They should have contacted me directly as my phone number is in my account profile. I even spoke to a person over chat, kyle, kevin, chad whatever to confirm I would get my parts Friday if I ordered then. When I contacted them to find out why my shipping lable was created on Friday that's when I found out about the part not being in stock and the delayed shipping. I explained that I needed the parts next day which is why I was willing to pay $39 for shipping AZ to TX and the person said I would get it on Sat. Fning LIAR. Unless you live in AZ I would highly recommend you go to Z1 or others instead.
1st off I would like to say initially my first and second order went well with CZPIt was my 2nd order that was messed up a little (they made it right eventually) where thing went wrongTo keep it simple they sent me a part that was in no way shape or form going to fit my carSo I called and they agreed to take the part back and refund the cost to my CCI was told to ship it back collect but when I went to the local [redacted] store I was told that shipping collect is not an optionNo problem I pay the $to ship the part in hopes they will in good faith also refund the shipping, boy was I wrongI was basically called a liar and told the part was not defective and it was also the right partSo I guess I'm an unethical liar and they now have my $Had I known they were not going to refund shipping as well I would have just sold the parts on [redacted] or somethingIf you ever do business with these folks you better hope they never send the wrong partI belong to a very large JDM club with far reaching affiliates and will make sure everyone is aware of their return policy regardless if the wrong part was sent or not
