I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Here it is a week later and no worked started nor completed as [redacted] stated he would do by the 9th I even contacted the building inspector regarding the email stating all this work to be done he stated he had not heard a word from ***So technically the dirt was pushed up to the water berrier in the brick by his crew then later instructed by the building inspector that an insect prone board covered by [redacted] crew had to be taken out which they did complete weeks laterSounds like [redacted] has to put the blame on someone besides himselfSo from the 1st day I contacted you about New Line Construction well I am hoping you are starting to see [redacted] does not stand up to his commitments we are going on months and still no occupancy !!!
