Concept .0

Review: This business had an agreement to provide functional plans for a home interior re-design project. In the end Concept .0 LLC never provided a functional design product. Payment of $500 was made for functional design plans to be delivered within a reasonable time peroid. However, only non-functional incomplete designs with improper measurements were recieved within an almost year long process. Concept .0 LCC representitives do not appear to be able or willing to deliver the agreed upon product and may not hold the level of expertise that they advertised to be able to complete the agreement.Desired Settlement: Refund of all payments made or immediate delivery of functional plans would resolve the issue.
