We were first contacted by the patient at the end of July regarding refund for services that were not delivered. Once the manager had spoken to the patient regarding her experience, a refund... request was sent to our Central Billing Office. It was explained that the refund may take up to 5 business days. When we received notice that the refund was not received, we escalated the refund request to the CBO supervisor to ensure completion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for our patient and have taken steps to make sure a delay like this does not happen again in the future. Review: I went there to be seen for a headache and my chest hurting. I do not have insurance and paid the cost in full. $160.00. $100 cash, 30.00 on my debit, and 30.00 on my credit card. after waiting and hour and half to go in the back to be seen, the Dr comes and says he can't help me this is better for the er. After than heading back upfront, there was no one to give me a refund. They would have manager contact me tomorrow. Tomorrow came no refund, no call. I called everyday for 2 weeks finally got a hold of manager and he said he would issue the refund, wait 3-5 business days to see it on card and cash amount would sent via check in mail. After 10 days,and no refund, I called, they said manager would be in tomorrow, tomorrow came I called back they said manager would be in, in two days. I called back they said he was out of town and would have him call me when in. Well still no call or refund, its been a month now. When I call the manager is never there and I always get a different answer as to when he will be. I WANT MY MONEY BACK, FOR SERVICES NEVER GIVEN!!!! They had no problem taking my money, well have no problem putting it back.Desired Settlement: I want my payment of $160.00 back, I was promised by Doctor and manager.
