As a goodwill gesture, we will be returning her deposit despite the fact that we have many residents who currently park their SUV in their garages as well as hang bikes, shelves, etc.? Prior to move-in, we inform all residents that? they cannot use their garages as storage as there? are no fire sprinklers or drains in their garages.? We also let them know that they can hang shelves, bike hooks and whatever else that they would like to do to maximize their garage space.? We have many residents that take advantage of their spaceThese are standard size apartment garages.? In conclusion, we wish her nothing but the best
