I ordered Internet services with Comwave over two months ago.
They use Bell reps to set up their in-home service because they aren't allowed to access the lines.
Everytime a Rep comes to my house they say that it is not possible to set-up in my home.
After 9 weeks of this I tried to cancel the service with Comwave because it had never been set-up properly and was not working.
Thet told me if I cancelled I would be subject to a $150 early cancellation fee.
This is unacceptable for a service I've never used and cannot be installed.
