Complaint # [redacted]
Dear [redacted]
Unfortunately, the details provided by the customer regarding the computer he purchased are inaccurate. Supporting documentation I have on file clearly shows false accusations in his account. As I have already suggested, I am willing to meet with the customer and an arbitrator to settle the complaint. Any costs involved would need to be covered by the party found to be at fault. In my view, such neutral intervention of a third party is the best option for resolving this dispute. Recently , the customer has distributed letters of complaint to different bodies and spread damaging accounts of my business practices to people in my locality. From my perspective, neither of these practices is helpful in clarifying the truth of this case. I suggest that the customer decides how he wishes to proceed in an appropriate manner.
Kindest regards,
