Mr. [redacted] brought in his system within the last 30 days.  His system had stopped working properly.  We were going through a series of tests on it to find the issue.  Mr. [redacted] came and picked it up and explained to him what needed to be done to it.  He decided he did not...

want to get the work done.  There was no charge to him.  We recommended options to him.  The balance was about $110 for repairs for the system, so we told him we could credit him for a different system, and he said he would think about it and then come back.  The system required more work and I guess he decided not to get it fixed.  He just picked it up without paying anything.
