We filed a complaint in Garland County Court in September, drove to Arkansas, and appeared before a judge on December The defendants failed to appearWe presented our case and received a judgement for our deposit plus feesI am aware of and in contact with at least two other families also seeking legal action for services not provided after they gave similar or larger deposits to Arkansas Airwaves
