[redacted] (the manufacture) is going through some factory challenges (see attached letter on following email) which delayed ***'s windows being deliveredAfter we installed last month, window was determined not to fit properly so we ordered a new one which took awhile to come in.I'm happy to say the installation took place today so everything should be complete
