I bought a pair of Jaybird Freedom headphones from this seller. The seller listed them as "New". When I received the product, it was obvious it was used. I had a brand new pair to compare it to. The product I received from Computer Software Plus had: the original seal was open, accessories (ear fins & ear tips) were not the new Freedom F5 versions (they were either X2 (different model) replacements or knock-offs), and missing documentation. I contacted the seller to let them know. I included photos and descriptions comparing them to the new/authentic set, proving the product he sold me was not new. The seller did not respond to me. I returned the product. I then received an email stating that I was being issued a refund. There was a note included which read: "A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WAS TAKEN". So in the end, I had to pay for the original expedited shipping as well as a 15% restocking fee because Computer Software Plus falsely sold a used product as "New". Buyers beware!

Review: I have tried to contact this business re: a refund re: a Macbook 13" incase cover I was sold was supposed to be for a NEW SILVER MACBOOK PRO which is what was originally advertised in your listing online ( which is now changed but still just as vague). What they sent me is actually a hard case for an the OLD WHITE MACBOOK 13" that is no longer made. I have received no response despite my attempts to dispute this transaction through [redacted]. I would like a full refund including shipping immediately. At that time I will be more than happy to return their item in it's original packing and box, provided they send me a pre-paid shipping label.Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND. INCL. SHIPPING.
