I am rejecting this response because:This vehicle was taken to Douglas Infinity for the sole reason that they have a body shop. [redacted] of Edison recommended that I take my vehicle to a body shop for repairs, and therefore [redacted] from Infiniti Consumer Affairs suggested that I take my vehicle to Douglas Infinity because they can do body work. After being ensured by Gary D[redacted], the prior service manager, that they would be able to take care of the issue, I was then contacted 3 weeks later by Dave (who had replaced him) that the first step would be to replace the partial shelf, which may/may not fix the issue. I understand that the vehicle has a prior history of repairs, but all of this history was known to Gary when I dropped it off with him. It is not my fault that the transition between service managers was not seamless, and that there was a gap in communication. It is extremely inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional to decide 1 month after accepting my vehicle that you will not engage with any further repairs. Like I stated, I want what was promised to me; which was to have my vehicle fixed at Douglas Infiniti.
