Computer Lift

Getting my new computer and printer and all of the attending software installed was not the fearful experience I feared it would be. Daniel made the whole process very pleasant. He did a wonderful job of listening to me and answering my questions. He didn’t “talk tech” over my head, and he patiently answered my questions in a way that I could easily understand. The thing I liked most of all was his willingness to hear me when I explained the way I actually use my computer, and he set it up in a way that was most user-friendly for me. He will always be my technology go-to person.
