All sale and return transactions have been done via Amazon following Amazon's online selling policies, so there are no issues that should be declared here. The customer was simply upset that the used laptop (focus on used) was not up to his standard.

The business was forced to issue a full refund by Amazon because they sold a computer as usable that required multiple repairs before it could be used.
The business stated that I was upset that the computer was not up to my standard and was correct. My standard is that when I purchase a computer, that it does not require being repaired before it can be used.
