Compute My PC LLC is associated with a hackers groupI received a virus alert when I visited the Chase.com website The pop up window advised that I call a 800-number I called it in the person on the other line said they were associated with Microsoft they referred me to compute my PC LLC This company wanted to charge me $to remove the hacker from my computer I called McAfee and they told me it was a scam

Today is my third time needing assistance since I subscribed to this service. Today, as in the past, service was prompt and efficient. I highly recommend this service.

Serve my PC / Compute my PC is a SCAM. I saw a popup saying my computer was infected with a virus and I needed to call a certain phone number immediately. I called, they remotely accessed my computer and "scanned it" and told me they found malware and that I'd need to pay money to fix it and to install security. It's a total scam and followed the exact profile of this: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/safety/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx.
Now I'm down lots of money. Do NOT fall for it.

This company is essentially a phishing scam. They pose as tech support for a variety of software companies and then take remote control of your computer under this guise. They will then run a script in Terminal that makes it look like you have a Trojan virus and refer you to a company that can help you with that. Do not trust them. Do not call them. Do not pay them.

Compute my pc Technicians are very prompt and courteous. He fixed all the problems and the computer is running faster and I can easily access the internet. I rank them 9 out of 10.
