I had only used the service a number of years ago I just realized they had been billing me $for over years I had contacted them via email many times asking them to end the service After reading the FINE PRINT, they instructed me to send in a WRITTEN LETTER to end the serive This company is very unscrupulous and will take a advantage of innocent customers Their records will show that I did not use their service for years and that I had contacted them on numerous occasions asking them to end the service but they kept ignoring my requests and kept billing me For a company that promotes their business for the internet but refuses to accept emails to end a service is ludicrous
