Waiting for warranty replacement since July On 7/15/I sent warranty forms to replace failed salt cellClaim was approved soon after, but they informed me that the T-cells are backorderedI kept checking from time to time, but the story always was that they are waiting for shipment from AustraliaOn 3/21/I spoke with Jason and he informed me that the shipment is due to arrive within few days and to check with him after 3/25/I couldn't reach him, but another representative told me on 4/1/that there are people waiting for warranty replacements since and there is no realistic chance for me to receive the cell For the last seven months I've been buying chlorine tablets to maintain my pool, but the summer is coming and it will become a real issue
Compupool will not honor their warranty Purchased product 7/18/Installed 7/25/2014.Maintenance was doneOn 8/5/I submitted the required documentation and was told I met the requirements for a new T-cell but they were on back orderI have sent an email to the manufacturer with no responseI was told I could buy a new one but none were available to honor the warrantyI then requested a refund which was also deniedSerial # [redacted] The cell came with a year warranty
Compupool has failed to honor their warranty for a defective salt cell Compupool provided the product purchased at [redacted] Note that [redacted] no longer accepts Compupool's product due to additional issues and has changed their supplier of this product compupool.pdf contains: Customer warranty claim forms outlining product issue, model numbers, supporting technical data, salt cell performance test results (fail) from an independent source ( [redacted] ) and required credit info from me should defective product not be returned to Compupool within days Compupool.txt is a copy of warranty approval from Compupool As stated previously, Compupool's salt cell product is obviously of poor quality, so a refund has been requested in lieu of a replacement Thank you, [redacted]

Product Warranty not being honored by company I purchased a T-cell salt water chlorinator from [redacted] through their online store on May 1, (Order ID [redacted] ) using a credit card for the amount of $ [redacted] is a distributor of the T-cell manufactured by CompuPoolThe [redacted] website claimed a 3-year manufacturers warrantyThe cell failed in May of I contacted CompuPool in June 9, to start the warranty claimThe rep I spoke with was Samantha B [redacted] who provided the claim formsI submitted all necessary paperwork and the claim was approved June 29, and I was given an RMA # of [redacted] (Ticket: ***As of today I have not received a replacement cellI have contacted the company at least once a month (often 2-times per month) since June and always get the response that there are no cells in stock and they have been waiting for a shipment from the manufacturer , which is in Australia
After months waiting and months of efforts to get a warranty replacement from Compupool, I still have not receivedI need this matter resolved On February 28, I purchased a Titanium Cell model TIfrom [redacted] for $ After only eight months the unit failed in October A warranty replacement was provided in December of by the customer service representative, Jason T [redacted] , at CompuPool in Florida After receiving the warranty replacement it became defective in November of I spoke to Michelle E***, a customer service representative for CompuPool Products USA, located at Semoran Commerce Place, Apopka, FL 32703, on November 20, She sent me all of the required warranty forms via e-mail which I filled out and returned via e-mail on December 3, On December 4, 2014, Michelle sent me a confirmation e-mail stating that the paperwork would be processed today or tomorrow and that I would in fact I would receive a replacement cell
