Buyer Beware This business will ignore attempts to return a purchase until you threaten to report them Even then, they will falsely state they processed the return I had to dispute a charge to get my money back

I recently purchased a product from this company and after receiving, determined that the product did not work as specified in their product descriptionI immediately contacted the company to return the product, and was informed that "the product could not be returned if it had been opened" I explained to the gentleman that in order to determine if the product worked as specified, it had to be openedHe finally issued me a return document, and the equipment was repacked in the original boxes with all of the paperwork, etcUpon receipt of the product, the owner, claims the products were scratched and a refund could not be issuedAfter reading reviews on the internet, it appears that I am not the only person that has had negative responses with this company

I recently purchased a product from this company and after receiving, determined that the product did not work as specified in their product description.
I immediately contacted the company to return the product, and was informed that "the product could not be returned if it had been opened"
I explained to the gentleman that in order to determine if the product worked as specified, it had to be opened.
He finally issued me a return document, and the equipment was repacked in the original boxes with all of the paperwork, etc.
Upon receipt of the product, the owner, claims the products were scratched and a refund could not be issued.
After reading reviews on the internet, it appears that I am not the only person that has had negative responses with this company.
