In I was working for comprehensive quality care for or nine monthsI went on to work for *** Home health care agency in have ever sincei have not been with comprehensive quality care for two yearshowever I went to the office of (chac) Chicago housing authority to renew my income and they tole me that it was still showing that I am still working for comprehensive quality care, I told the representative that I don't work for that company any more and has not been with them for two yearsi called comprehensive quality care on October of no answer, I then went to the office on *** sking drive and this African person from Nigeria came down to answer the door, and I asked him if I could speak to some one about a matter as to my name is still running in (chac) data base as though if I still work there, he told me to come back tomorrow and speak to someone, I did the next day and this time I got no answer at the door, I then call them and no one answered the ph
