I would have liked to be able to say good things about Comprehensive Painting, but the truth is that they very much disappointed me I chose them as the highest of bids, by the way, because they said all the right things and I had confidence that the extra expense was worth it *** committed to do a spray and backroll on my stucco, using an elastomeric paint, to seal a water infiltration issue I had What was actually applied was only the spray - no evidence of any backroll Stucco subsequently leaked, which cost me a couple hundred dollars to fix I approached him about getting a fair deal on rework, and got a quote that was higher than the original quote - pretty much a "take it or leave it" In summary, I cannot recommend Comprehensive for anything but a cosmetic color change If you really need to seal your stucco and want a proper backroll, you'd be better off with somebody else
