I found Compozit Home Systems at one of those home shows and had an estimate at the same time as another companyCompozit was by far a better dealWe had an initial install of windows and have had them back out times to do 2-windows at a time over the last yearsCustomer service has been superbThey are always calling to check on my satisfaction and offer new dealsIf there has been an issue they are always ready to make it rightI have had one concern about a lock on one window and that issue is currently being addressed as I order another set of windows and likely to order my new front door from them soon

We purchased Windows and Storm Door from this company 06/24/they were finally installed on August 02, which was expectedWe have been going around and around trying to get warranty work completedWe had appointments that we had to change due to deaths in the familySince then we have had either or made that the service department have yet to complete the necessary workThey (THV compozit) keep telling me the door frame/windows have not came in or made available yetThe last time the service man came(Nov 2017) he even broke one of the replacement windows trying to force in place, so we've had a broken window all winter longWhen calling the companies service department the lady is never available to answer so I'm ask to leave message, and she may call the next day and sometimes later

my experience with Compozit Home Systems is wonderfulI used to have to climb in my kitchen sink to clean my kitchen window I had to take the storm window out, go outside to clean the outside of the window on a ladderIt took me hours to do that one windowNow it took minutes to clean the inside and out while standing on the floor in front of the sinkSimply wonderful !

These guys are great, I am the maintenance manager at an apartment complex in Jeffersonville IN and these guys have done a few tub liners for us and they look greatThey come out and get the job done quickly and clean it saves me so much time from resurfacing these tubs!!

The product delivered was not the product orderedWe specified the windows needed to be escape windows to the salesmanWhen the installer came to install the windows the first time, the windows did not fit after two different people from the company had measured for themThe installer offered us two windows from the "boneyard" with crank handlesAgain we explained to the installer, they were escape windows and crank windows would not do in an emergency situationHe said they would rush order windowsThe windows were originally ordered January 30, and this is now the March 21stWe waited and they came on April 9th to install the new windows, and these windows were way too small to be used as an escape windowMy husband tried to talk to the installer about the situation while he was working on the second window The new window that was installed did not fit flush in the frameMy husband told them the windows were not acceptable and not to install the second windowThey pr

on February 18, I entered into a contract for Compozit Home Systems to purchase a "Custom made patio door" The price of the door was stated on the contract as "Net Sales Price = $3589.00" This patio door was to replace an existing sliding glass patio door The door was ordered and installed with my wife staying home to allow the installers entry to the house In the summer of 2017, I had Kentucky Utilities perform a whole house energy audit which included the use of a thermal imaging camera At that time, the images showed an excessive amount of air infiltration around the area of the door frame I later removed the trim pieces surrounding the door and found a gap on all sides of the sliding glass patio door The left and right sides were inches and the top was inches Additionally, the gap was filled with only remnants of one small piece of fiberglass insulation The gap was so excessive, that I was easily able to slide my entire hand inside with my fingers ext

The communication between the customer and the company is badNo one has not called to just thank me for buying the windowsAfter the windows was put in they call to see if they could put a storm door up or do any other work for meNo one has called me to tell me who is financing my windowsThis company has the worst communication I have ever done business with When the man came to talk me into buying windows, I was under the impression I was signing to see if I could get financingm0nths later they called to measure my windowsno one called to tell me if I was approved for financing and who approved meI still don't know today who is financing my windowsI had an emergency with my heating unitI asked could I get out my contract , they said no it was too late to cancelI tried to get them to understand that it was a hardship because I had to have heat at that timeI am single mother with a special needs child and they still wouldn't let me out of the contractToday no one has called to tell me who financed my windows

I replaced our living room window with a bay window and also replaced our front entry door.We've had a great experience with this company.They worked in a timely manner and cleaned up with absolutley no mess! I've recommended to family/friends that have purchased, also.We will definatley purchase from them again
