We ordered 2 doors on 4/4/18 with down payment, we were told installment in 30 days, it's 6/13/18 and no door & can't get return calls from company.
Ordered 2 sets of doors on 4/4/18 and made downpayment. Was told that installment would be completed within 30 days- never heard from them again had to make multiple calls & texts before someone showed up to measure - then no word until weeks later I called for status and was told they needed to remeasure. On the 30 day mark a rep came to remeasure. Again I had to make multiple calls and it's 6/13/18 and no door. I finally spoke with the owner and I am now told the door will be ready next week. I am not pleased with the customer service and have concerns regarding the doors. I do not intend to pay the amount originally set as they have not upheld their contract. I understand things happen but at no point did anyone from their company contact us we had to contact them and get the run-around.
I will not pay the full contracted amount after installation. The doors totaled _______ and we paid $5,000 down with no financing. I will pay an additional $3,500 after the installation and if the work is satisfactory.

They have came to an agreement and product is due to be installed on June 22 and June 25 of 2018.
The bottom sash has a cracked lip that was glued once. Still broke and they will not return calls. I need a new sash.
The day of install for this window we had a 30mph wind. The installer set the window in and did not secure it and it fell out of the window to the ground. I did not see the cracked lip on bottom sash (which is the handle for operation). After numerous calls, they finally came and super glued the lip but it didn't hold. I want a new sash. Once the lip breaks entirely it will be difficult to operate this sash. Numerous calls to this company are left with no call back. Windows were ordered on 3/27/17, installed 5/16/17 by *** for 2,511.00. There were 3 double hung windows ordered. No order number, model number given. We have paid in full the amount of order by check. 1st dated 3/29/17 for $1,200. balance day of installation 5/16/17.
Need new bottom sash for this window.
Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. On October 19, 2017, our service coordinator talked to Ms. about her issue with the window. At that point we asked her to call us back with the size of the window. On December 13, 2017, customer called again, when we asked for the sizes she was able to get those for our service coordinator. Window sash has been ordered and we should receive the product shortly. Once we receive the product we will schedule a technician to go to the *** home and correct the issue.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I spoke with *** on Dec. 29 and she said the window had been ordered and it should be 2-3 weeks to get it. It is now 1-22. They have told me this in the past but I was never contacted that a window was ready for installation. Until the window is installed, I will not trust this company to honor their word. I will contact Revdex.com as soon as the sash is installed and am satisfied that it is intact and working property.
