Owner came out promptly to give me a bid and explained to me what he was going to do and even offered to clean my gutters for freeJob was professionally done and they cleaned up after themselves

*** *** and his partner *** *** came to my residence and offered to trim a maple tree in my front yard and oak tree in my back yard They quoted me $for both trees and I agreed They wrote a generic contract to trim both trees and clean up They preformed the work on 1/13/ I paid them without fully inspecting the job After I realized that *** only trimmed the bottoms of the trees and did not climb in the trees to clean them up, I called him back and asked if he would come back and climb the trees to finish the job He said he would I spoke with him again 1/24/and he ensured me I was on his list and it would be a couple weeks I recently called a third time and no answer, so I left a message

I had a fairly large pine tree that had grown above my roof line in the front yard and I called several local tree removal companies to obtain an estimate to completely remove the tree and grind the stump Complete Tree Service (CTS) by far provided the best price for the job required and did an outstanding job The tree was completely removed and the stump grinded and all debris and stump chips were removed The yard was completely raked and left very clean Also, when asked to provide an estimate to trim a smaller pine tree that was not planned or requested in the original estimate, CTS at no charge trimmed the smaller tree I strongly recommend anyone who needs any type of tree service to call CTS first and don't waste time calling other companies They are fully insured and licensed and do an outstanding job at a very fair price Check their web site for the various services they offer They earned my business and recommendation for all tree services If you call others plan on paying more If you want the best service for the best price CTS is the only call you will need to make

When I called for an estimate, Michelle in the office made it quick and easy. When Dan came over, I was so impressed with his professional demeanor and encyclopedic knowledge of trees and their proper care. Fantastic people skills! VERY professional, courteous and sensitive to my neighbors as well. The job they did was spectacular, all debris was removed to the point you couldn't tell anyone had been in the yard! And it was a 40' maple and 3-30' elms! HIGHLY recommended!!!
