All furniture arrived damaged, boards left laying on the floor, broken handles
If I could give no stars I would. I purchased $4200 worth of furniture from Complete Suite. All pieces arrived 9/2/2022 to my apartment with some kind of damage on each piece. The men who delivered the furniture left boards and pieces to the tv stand laying on the floor uninstalled, no plug in for the fireplace given to me, handles broken in half, scratches and dents and nicks on the pieces of furniture I bought. They put them together and then Complete Suite told me they would need to switch out each piece. I work two jobs and I'm not home very often and this would be more of a pain in the as than anything. So I suggested maybe getting replacements for the handles that were broken, have someone come out and install the boards laying on my floor, and I would maybe accept 20% discount off what I paid up front for the damaged pieces. They offered me $100 to take care of this. What a slap in the face. I called the manager of the store in Cd'A and he told me he would call me back with a resolution, but here I am still waiting for him to call me back. Obviously, they don't care about you after they make the sale even when they make an egregious error like this. They just don't care. So, if you want to get crap furniture and treated like crap afterward, by all means. Otherwise, don't waste your time with these people.
