compounded by the face that [redacted] transferred from our club to another club. We left messages for both [redacted] and [redacted] to explain this, and since calls were not returned we sent them a letter explaining the situation. The club that [redacted] transferred to was not under the same ownership as Columbia City, so it's not possible to refund personal training dollars because we were never in receipt of their money. We apologize for the misunderstandings and for the situation.
OFFER:
We have backdated the date of [redacted]'s cancellation and no money is due on his account. We would like to offer a 3-month membership to both of them for the inconvenience and their time. Thanks!

First, Anytime Fitness never, ever contacted [redacted] or let me know my membership was active until they closed the Fort Wayne club.
Second Anytime Fitness transferred my wife's account to Fort Wayne without her knowledge.
Third after Anytime Fitness closed their Fort Wayne Club, they somehow reactivated my account and told my wife I owed them money after she cancelled her automatic payments.
I advise everyone to stay clear of this business since they still owe my wife $210.
