[redacted] had the convenience to send her tax return via email to Complete Solutions to have her taxes prepared for her own personal reasons she didn't have the time to come into the office so she was offered an alternative [redacted] initially sent the incorrect information to file her return which caused an initial delay in processing her return after filing forms [redacted] *, w-2s the average CPA charges approx$an hour for a basic however we filed multiple for [redacted] were provided incorrect information initially and [redacted] left information out regarding having insurance through Market Place that caused yet another delay in processing her return she accused the company of depositing her money into his personal account however we utilize a 3rd party Santa Barbara bank who issues our refunds via their bank so when the IRS indicates its been deposited into your account that is the process [redacted] did not have the funds to pay her preparation fees up front and she was advised that her refund check after fees would be $ We have advised [redacted] that due to the all the delays she caused it made her check come into the office after Tax Season had "officially" ended and Complete Solutions is not in the office each day after tax season She was advised that her check was being mailed and because it was not done in the time that she needed the money because an incident occurred with her daughter she became irate the check was just printed in our office on 5/24/and [redacted] was advised that [redacted] was out of town when the check print authorization was sent to the office on 5/ The delayed times initially began because [redacted] did not provide the appropriate documents At this time we have asked [redacted] for an accurate address to send check with tracking information

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: none of tjis is accurate, however I did receive my check my check today $short of what it's supposed to be but lesson learned for sure Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] has that right to object, however the information is accurate. We do not wish to do business in the future with [redacted] and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused however when tax season has officially ended we do not have to be at the disposal of every customer. We advise summer hours and it's not always convenient to all but it is our hours of operation. Thanks you
