Complete Site Development

I am responding to the complaint.We were called out to do a service on two wall heaters see our service work order #signed by the owners tenet S*** RemickWe serviced both heaters and cleaned the burners, she made a comment that every time she uses the heater she gets a head acheWe told her
that we didn't find a crack in the firebox but she should have a carbon monoxide alarm installed and that do to the age of the system they should be replaced.We gave them a bid two weeks later when I returned from a business trip.We have a signed service work order signed by S*** in the location first approving to start the work and second stating I have authority to order the above work outline above which has been satisfactorily completedI agree that seller retains title to equipment and/or material furnished until final payment is madeif payment is not made as agreed, seller can remove said equipment/materials at seller's expenseAny damage resulting from said removal shall not be the responsibility of seller. The amount is due and never was paid for service and cleaning, no partsthe customer just doesn't want to pay his billI am removing him from our system and giving a creditbut they should pay as the work was completed and signed as doneJ*** ** *** CEOMcCormack Heating & Air
