Ist and formost we are a very repital company and with serving over customers with only twoe.complaints prooves that for ten years Her accounts of what transpire are just not correct We went the extra mile and there is just no pleasing this customer Wish the best for this customer

We where contracted by *** to Install lights that she purchased from us The package for this install should of been $but she was on a budget so we discounted it for her by using white cord mini led The contract was for the purchase of the LED lights and for Installation
and removal of the the Lights Please see attached We did install the lights as contracted We have installed nearly trees over our years of being in business We installed the tree what we call a swoop wrap so that the tree looks like there are lights all over the tree with a swoop between each point that it connects to the tree We do almost percent of our trees that way and have never had a complaint for years *** called and said she dident like the tree that way and wanted the tree to be warped with horizontal lines like a candy can wrap We then said no problem we would change that out for her no problem but would be at least a week out She agreed We should up and her husband refused us to make any changes to the tree ad did what we they asked and took down the lights We where more that happy to reinstall at no charge but again they refused Since this was a purchase for the lights we left the lights with them They did do a charge back on the credit card which we have won We pride our-self to make all of our customers happy but this customer would not give us a chance We wish them the best and we did go the extra mile to try to make this right We did what we where contracted for and their own credit card company agreed with us
