On April 27, 2017, Complete Recovery Services towed a red Chevrolet Cruise from my driveway at *** at approximately 8:am The vehicle was a visitor's car Skid marks were all over the driveway when I came out of my home at approximately 10:am *** is the owner of the property The vehicle towed was registered to the visitor However, Complete Recovery Services made damages to my driveway during the time they towed the vehicle The development is *** and the HOA has rules and regulations There should be no debris, oil, and/or damages in driveways I am requesting a payment in the amount of $("one hundred fifty and no dollars") to be reimbursed to the homeowner to have these damages removed from the driveway
