Dear [redacted] I am writing you in response to the complaint against Ward's Automotive Inc Complaint was submitted on 5/3/12:AM and was assigned an ID of [redacted] I made phone contact with the customer by phone and he has already relocated to his residence in [redacted] We talked about his vehicle situation and came to a verbal agreement when he returns to [redacted] in the fall he will bring the vehicle back to our shop so we can resolve his issues He is still having issues with his battery and he understands that it still could be his battery or some kind of electrical problem that was not detected because of lack of money to pay us to go further with diagnostic procedure to check for a short in the wiring or something like that But I told him just bring it back and I would personally take a look at the vehicle to fix this problem It is our goal here at Ward's Automotive to help our customers in every way possible
