I’ve used CIS for about 2 years now and have never had any issues with them. Whenever I call them I always speak to someone that can help with my issue. Thanks for a great service.

I wish I could give this company a negative number. This is not a legitimate web hosting company but rather a scam business run by a scam individual who operates out of his home.
Once you take the bait and sign up with this guy it will only be a matter of time until you become a target of his criminal activity. These things include the removal/deletion of your website (s) or content which is followed by a demand for payment to have it restored, deletion of your email accounts for ransom, domains held for hostage, claims of your site being hacked, claims of malware on your site and the demand of a $1,000-$3,000 cleaning fee, and the list goes on and on.
It has been confirmed that this is the same guy who scammed hundreds if not thousands of other people some years ago under a different name Total Internet Solutions.
See this thread *** He is perpetrating the same corrupt/illegal/immoral crimes against his customers this time under a different name Complete Internet Solutions.

Purchased web hosting on 4/6/20 from CIS.net. Web site states that all purchases business and personal are 100 satisfaction guaranteed. In CNET magazine April 2020 addition they stated that refunds are given as well. I notified them on 4/26/20 that I wanted to cancel my service due to security concerns with their servers and was told I could not cancel and no refund would be available. Then I was told that they might give me a couple hundred dollars but that is all. The receipt they sent me via email states the services I paid for and does not state that no refunds are available or honored. If fact it is a banner at the top of several pages in the sales section and home page of the web site that state 100 satisfaction guaranteed. They charged my credit card $2493.06. I have also requested receipts showing purchases they claim to have made on my behalf and they stated they could not provide those.

Painful to work with, they use words like instant and 24/7 but I found them to be difficult to contact and rude if they even were available. Cheap yes but not worth it.
