Michael and Kristal were great I had a late day (last minute) air-con failure on a hot day Kristal was able to get Michael onsite same day (I called other companies and no one could do that) Michael arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the situation, clearly communicated the costs up-front and issues and fixed everything same day, and gave us great guidance for the future
