Complete Cleaning LLC

The chair in question was picked up from the restoration by Complete Cleaning Tuesday 8/16/16. We have been looking for another restoration company to do the repair. do other work on the chair that had nothing to do with Complete Cleaning or any damage that may or may not have been done by our cleaners. Additionally they ( the [redacted]s ) threatened to bring a legal suit against the restoration company if they did not return the chair. Today it the first time I was made aware that the [redacted]s wanted the chair back in their home and not taken to a different restoration company. [redacted]

Complete Cleaning has provided cleaning service the [redacted] family since 11/05/2013. Mrs [redacted] reported that a part of a chair was missing. We pick up the chair and delivered it to [redacted]. The repair did not happen as fast as Mrs [redacted] would have liked. She called the [redacted]...

[redacted] so many times they ask us to come pick up the chair and refused to work on the chair. Mrs [redacted] said they would find a repair facility. The chair was returned to the [redacted] house. In October the [redacted]s ask for and received a check from Complete Cleaning in the amount of $150.00 ( check number 105778). This was to reimburse them for the repair made to the chair. during a subsequent cleaning one of our employees stated to Mrs [redacted] that the chair's missing piece was back on the chair ( not a replacement piece) and told Mrs [redacted] she was not honest. While speaking with my employee of 12 + years she stated that the [redacted]s have tried to hire her and her partner to clean the [redacted] house outside of Complete Cleaning, tried to get the team to clean areas such as the garage that are not part of the normal scope of work in exchange for " stuff" again trying to exclude Complete Cleaning. I do not believe anything was stolen from the [redacted] house. The [redacted]s have not paid for the cleaning on 11/21 or 11/02. The [redacted]s have not provided any specifics as to what was missing or tried to involve the police. In short I think the [redacted]s are being vindictive because a 12 year employee of Complete Cleaning refused to work for the [redacted]s outside of Complete Cleaning and caught Mrs [redacted] in a lie about the "damage" and "missing piece" of a chair. [redacted]
