Complete Care Home Warranty

I have been trying to get my AC repairs paid since May of 2022 and cancel my policy and get a refund for 55 months of paid premium. Here’s the last email sent to Complete Care:

"My phone number appears to be blocked. I cannot log into my account. A couple of weeks ago I could. Nobody has ever answered my calls or emails.
I paid $1,500 for 6 years of your home warranty coverage. The policy term is 1/3/2021 through 1/3/2027. In May of this year, I asked you to cancel my policy. My refund should be for 55 months or 76.34% of $1,500 or $1,145.83. If you’re not giving me a full refund, why not?
The contractor you hired to repair by AC has not been paid. His invoice was for $447.92. They have made at least 10 phone calls trying to get the authorization to do the repairs and then get paid. Why aren’t you paying them?
Many of your reviews are very negative. Many people use the word “Scam” when describing your company. Are you going to prove them wrong and issue me a proper refund and pay the contractor you hired to repair my AC?"

I have filed a complaint with New York’s Attorney General. Complete Care is being investigated by them because of all the complaints they’ve gotten. Everyone that had or will have a complaint needs to file a complaint with the Brooklyn Consumer Frauds Regional Office. Their website is [email protected]. Complete Care has received 64 “1’s” out of 65 surveys completed in less than two years on 4 websites I have reviewed. If you want to hold them accountable for their extremely poor business practices complete the form.
