Complete Care Home Warranty

I wish I could have given them a minus . Do Not trust them people them took my money for 3 policies I sold a house with one and decided to cancel the other two due to the horrible service from the one I let remain with the house I sold. I demanded that they cancel the remaining two and refund my money the response was they would cancel but not return nearly 1,000 owed back to me. In my opinion you should run. goggle them and see the reviews.

very bad experience I put up a claim to get my A/C unit fixed I was advised to get a local contractor and forward bill to get the money reimbursed. Forwarded the bill failed to get the money in spite of number emails / phones calls The company is closed now I had a contract for 6 years in 2021 Now I have to take legal action to get the deposit.

I bought a 6 year policy for $1,750 and when my microwave went out, I called them so many times to get service. I live in California and I found out that COMPLETE CARE WARRANTY IS NOT LICENED TO SELL WARRANTIES IN CALIFORNIA. IN ADDITION, THEY WERE SERVED WITH A CEASE AND DESIST ORDER (unfortuntely, it was after I paid in full for the policy). Finally, because it was 16 years old, they approved a $200 payment for a new one. I never received a check. Further, my frig wasn't keeping my food cold and I called for service. The technician adivsed Complete Care that the 16 year old frig should not be repaired and be replaced. Complete Care dismissed their diagnosis and did nothing All of my phone calls and emails were ignored. I have have feeling they put something in my file so that I am not able to talk to anyone. I filed complaints with the BBB, NY Attorney General and the California Insurance Commission. I found out that they aren't licensed to sell warranties in California and thought I could get my money back. I heard from the attorney general and the California Insurance commissioner an there is nothing that can be done. The NY attorney general said I should hire an attorney. I asked for my pro-rated refund for thr 5 unused years. Totally ignored. I am sick about this.

I am a 6 policy holder from this provider. I made a claim on Aug, 24, 2022. My investment property has a clothe dryer not drying. There was not a single dispatch for the service technician. I followed up over 10 phone calls to customer service and 2 more calls to the claim departments. Today, Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022, over a week without any service dispatched. My claim number is 43915. The manager is never available. I am planning to report to the Better Business Bureau and the Nevada State agency. This company has horrible service or may be at edge of closing up business.

I have contacted this company over 8 times for a check that was promised to me for my refrigerator. I am told that the check was sent out on May 27, 2022. To this date, I have not received the check and I cannot speak to a supervisor. Apparently there is only one supervisor you can talk to and no one higher. I cannot wait for this warranty to be over so I can get a much better service! Their customer service is the worse I have ever had to work with.

I'm not one to complain or make a big fuss, but I can't believe the level of customer service provided by Complete Care. I my life time, I've held home warranty policies with four different home warranty companies and Complete Care has been by far the most incompetent group to work with. Not only was the staff unable to provide information in a timely matter, they called the wrong technician, denied our claim several times and we sat without air conditioning for over two weeks due to the inability of their team to respond to our phone calls. It wasn't until my husband began calling regularly that we finally got some assistance and even after all of this, our air conditioner coil on a 3 yr old compressor ($2,000 repair) was not covered under warranty. To go around and around with them over several weeks with no air, children and pets at home is ridiculous. They wouldn't even let us get the repairs done and submit for reimbursement. We had to get approval first before we could move forward. Otherwise they would refuse to pay for it, only for them to deny the claim in the end. Every step of the way we were met with resistance, and what seemed like lies or confusion amongst their team about what was going on, only to find excuse after excuse not to cover our issue. Even worse, we bought the policy about 9mo ago for 4 years and paid in full. We asked to cancel our policy and get a partial refund and they denied it. I'm extremally disappointed with the process, from beginning to finish. Please don't purchase a home warranty from Complete Care.
