I had my car towed to complete Auto a month ago for repairs to the alternator for my vw phaetonMy car wasn't startingIn the process they found the problem but had to send my car to a volkswagon dealership to be programmedNever once did they call meAll contact was because I called inquiring about my vehicleWhile my vehicle was in their care my clutch to change gears was brokenNow, Complete Auto do not want to take responsibility or ownership to this problem that they causedI spoke with the manager and the owner concerning this matter and they refuse to be fare and do the right thing by fixing the clutch that was broken while in their careRemind you the clutch had to be shifted to be moved from the shop to volkswagon dealershipI called them once again to inquire and was told to come get my vehicle off of Complete Autos lot, and to pay the remaining balanceIf I don't remove my car by the end of day I will be charged a daily storage feeThey did not even give me the co
The repair to my Durango was so inferior that it caused more damage to my vehicle less than a day after repairParts began to fall off on the street
Problem Dates 12/31/and 1/1/
On 12/31/16, I went to Complete Auto Repair to pick up my Dodge DurangoI noticed several obvious and blatant problems with the repair: (1) part of the bumper was buckling and protruding out on the left side; (2) the rubber trim around both front tires were loose and not securely attached; and (3) the front left side of the hood was misaligned with the left side fender and side of carI brought these to the attention of the repair guy, ***, and the owner*** told me to "knock the parts back in a couple of days after the paint dries." The owners *** and *** told me that the repair was as good as it would get since the insurance company only approved after market partsI was told that the rubber trim was not securely fastened because they wanted to save me moneyI complained that my insura
