On March 26th this customer came in for a vehicle inspectionHis vehicle failed for one tire with exposed cords and one rim being bentMy staff showed him the items that failed, also they advised him that his brake fluid was very dirty and his coolant was also and recommended
flushes for future maintenanceOn May 4th, the customer came back and said he had a new tire and wheel in trunk and wanted to do the recommended maintenance to his vehicleThe customer only had a wheel in trunk and we misunderstood what he wanted to do with only just a wheelWhen he came in to pick up he explained what he wanted done again but at that time it was past 5pm and techs were leavingI told him to come back the next day and we would install the new wheel and since the was confusion and mistake on our part I would refund him the inspection cost and installation of wheelHe declined and wanted a refund for the flushes alsoI explained that the flushes were not related to the inspection and could not refund those but would refund the other itemsHe came back after a couple weeks after having the wheel installed elsewhere and asked for a full refundI explained that I could only refund for the inspection but not the flushesHe left again and this is the first time since I have heard from him
