They did send me another unit, but totally lied on how they troubleshot my other unit total fabrication . But I did thank them for the other unit and even offered to give them back the broken one.

wireless EMS device. Customer claims the device broke again, we trouble shot the device and there were no issues with it, so we sent back his device. On 11/29 we shipped out a brand new device. Before we shipped it, we inspected everything and it is all in working order with no issues.
