below.I am responding to the response I received from Competition Landscaping and Gardening. I had them put in my initial irrigation system in my backyard yeas ago. I called them to go over the system in May because I was seeing some moss growing on the PVC pipe and was afraid it might be getting close to breaking due to sun damage and the number of years. As I told them I do not live here in the summer and I did not want to have a water break while I was away. In July I received a call that my back yard was flooded. What had just been fixed weeks earlier had broken. It caused considerable damage to my yard and house as well as an extremely high water bill. The company did come fix the pipe that was broke free of charge which I thanked them for. But I lost all the grass in the yard, had water get through the sliding glass door and under the refrigerator and sit on the tile. They are claiming that someone dropped something on the pipe to break it. My backyard is fenced and the gate had a padlock on it. No one was authorized to be there while I was out of state. The gate was locked when I returned. I had to have someone shut off the main water valve in front of the house because no one had a key to the gateIf any further explanation is needed please let me know. Thank you, *** ***
